Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 August 2026
About these terms
These terms apply when you access or use the Dome website, create an account, submit an enquiry or use any online tools that Dome makes available (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
In these terms, “Dome”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Dome. “You” means the person or organisation using the Site. If you use the Site for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
The Site and our services
Dome provides information about its property-management offering and may make account, onboarding or other online tools available. The Site is provided for landlords and prospective customers in the United Kingdom.
The Site is not an offer to provide property-management services, nor does it create a landlord, agent, contractor or other professional relationship. If Dome agrees to provide paid management services, the scope of work, fees, payment, cancellation, authority limits and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written management agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the management agreement will take priority for those services.
Your account and information
You must provide accurate and current information, keep your sign-in details confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where it results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must only upload or provide information, documents and personal data that you are entitled to share with Dome. In particular, before giving us tenant or contractor details, you must ensure you have a lawful basis to do so and have provided any required privacy information.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its security or operation, introducing malware, scraping it at scale, infringing another person’s rights, using it unlawfully, or uploading content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or harmful.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our users or other people, or where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the documents and other content you upload. You give Dome a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, copy and process that content only as needed to operate the Site, provide any agreed services, maintain security, comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the Site and its content, including its design, software, branding and materials, except for content you provide. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Site for its intended purpose. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or exploit any part of the Site except where the law permits it or we have given written permission.
Information on the Site
We aim to keep the Site accurate and current, but its content is general information and may change. It is not legal, financial, tax, insurance or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice for decisions about your property, tenancy or legal obligations.
Third-party services and links
The Site may link to, or rely on, third-party services, such as authentication, document storage, payment or signing providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your unauthorised use of the Site, reliance on general information on the Site, a third-party service outside our control, or an event outside our reasonable control. These terms do not affect any rights that consumers have by law.
Changes, suspension and termination
We may update the Site or these terms from time to time. We will publish the updated terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after the updated terms take effect means that you accept them.
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Site where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or because of a material breach of these terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Questions or notices about these terms can be sent to hello@dome.lettings.
